摘要

大功率波导窗是大功率速调管和加速器的关键部件。波导窗口的射频击穿是导致大功率速调管失效的主要原因。本文介绍了大功率波导窗在国际真空电子学领域的研究进展。首先介绍了经典药盒窗的研究现状、制造要求和射频击穿机理。然后总结了锥形波导窗、陶瓷行波窗、混合模窗和过模窗等新型波导窗的特性。最后着重介绍了改变窗口盘材料特性、改变窗口盘表面结构、利用正介电角、施加直流电场或直流磁场、改变横向电场波形等击穿抑制技术。
