Transmission electron microscope (TEM) reveals that AgNPs have uniform distribution and spherical shape with mean diameter in the range of 8–10 nm. Differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) results of the nanocomposite showed one phase suggesting the miscibility between rubber and hydrogel phases. The swelling measurement of the synthesized silver rubber-hydrogel nanocomposite in different pHs at room temperature was performed. 摘要

摘要采用射线诱导交联法制备了银/丁苯橡胶/聚乙烯吡咯烷酮/甲基丙烯酸(SBR/PVP/MAA)/Ag为基体的银橡胶-水凝胶纳米复合材料。含硝酸银AgNO3 (0.01 mol)的SBR/PVP/MAA溶液在辐射交联过程中,在水的辐射解下进行了Ag+离子的原位还原。采用FT-IR、XRD、TEM、SEM、DSC和TGA等技术研究了银橡胶-水凝胶纳米复合材料的性能。透射电子显微镜(TEM)显示AgNPs分布均匀,呈球形,平均直径在8 ~ 10 nm之间。差示扫描量热法(DSC)结果显示,纳米复合材料的一个相表明橡胶相和水凝胶相之间存在混相。对合成的银橡胶-水凝胶纳米复合材料在不同ph值下的室温溶胀进行了测试。结果表明,它具有ph敏感性。
