The process of the sentiment knowledge graph constructed in this paper helps to more accurately understand the changes of online public opinion, and provides a theoretical basis for local governments to adjust the implementation of various policies. 摘要

摘要社交媒体网络已发展成为收集和传播政策信息的重要渠道和平台。对它们的各种政策评论充分展示了大数据的基本特征。本文将知识图谱引入情感分析,对2016年至2019年中国主流社交媒体平台的政策评论进行分析整理,构建情感分析词典,然后利用政策评论评价系统,形成包括七种情感和五个主题的政策评论情感知识图谱。本文构建的情绪知识图谱过程有助于更准确地了解网络舆论的变化,为地方政府调整各项政策的实施提供理论依据。它不仅是政策评论情感知识图谱自动化系统的原型,还可以应用于其他相关热点话题。
