摘要

杂种优势是苜蓿育种增产、改良品质的有效途径。杂种优势有效利用的关键问题是寻找具有生产高性能杂种组合潜力的亲本。本研究旨在分析48份紫花苜蓿材料间的遗传距离,并进行不同杂交组合。结果表明,双亲均为四倍体的杂交组合的配偶能力高于双亲均为二倍体或不同亲本倍性的杂交组合。在不同倍性水平的亲本下,以二倍体为母本的苜蓿杂交组合的交配能力优于以四倍体为母本的苜蓿杂交组合。二倍体作为母本与四倍体作为父本的杂交组合比二倍体作为父本的杂交组合具有更强的杂种优势。此外,杂种优势高的CYK2xHH10和相对结实率高的CYK4xHH10应该有可能培育出高产杂交种,可以作为进一步研究的候选材料。
