System Disturbance and Blackout Analysis: Identifying Trends in System Behavior
The electric industry can learn many lessons from the analysis of both system disturbances and blackouts. It is extremely important to analyze both to identify trends in system behavior that are initiating, causal, contributory, or merely coincidental.
