摘要

转移性精囊癌在临床上是罕见的。肾透明细胞癌转移到精囊腺的情况更为罕见，这很难与膀胱、前列腺和结直肠癌鉴别。2017年11月，我院收治肾透明细胞癌精囊腺左侧转移1例。腹腔镜精囊转移瘤切除术。定期进行膀胱冲洗和舒尼替布口服。随访19个月内未发现局部复发的证据。关键词：癌，肾细胞；精囊癌；透明细胞癌
