She was in distress, in severe pain, with all stages of the burn. After the girl/her family's consent, I gave analgesia; utilized a mixed solution of olive oil and honey; dressed the burn; washed the oil mixture after one hour; encouraged the girl to walk with analgesi; ordered nutritional support; advised her to lift her burnt foot during rest. Two weeks later, this girl had an itching, so I applied cactus oil twice daily.
