The extract showed anticancer activity against EAC cells with 58.27% cell growth inhibition at 100 mg kg−1 b.w. 摘要:研究了槐皮甲醇提取液的植物化学成分、抗氧化活性、细胞毒性和抗癌活性。采用盐水对虾致死性实验评价其细胞毒性,采用DPPH和H2O2自由基清除实验测定其抗氧化能力。用EAC细胞在体小鼠模型治疗5 d后,通过血细胞计数估计细胞生长抑制作用。这种抑制作用是由于通过荧光显微镜观察到的细胞凋亡的诱导。在100 mg kg−1 b.w时,提取物对EAC细胞具有抗癌活性,抑制细胞生长58.27%。细胞内ROS生成和DNA断裂导致细胞凋亡。
