摘要

目的本研究旨在透过厘清少数民族企业家评估企业成功与失败的关键指标,了解少数民族企业家对企业绩效的实际理解。设计/方法/方法通过深度访谈,在自我决定理论的支持下,对一些英国非洲黑人企业家进行了商业成功和失败的归因调查。研究结果表明,少数民族企业家对成功与失败的归因不仅是主观建构的,而且是通过文化象征主义制定的。文化和个人价值观的结合引发了将商业失败视为成功的态度特质。该结果为研究民族创业领域成功与失败因素的学者/实践者提供了有价值的知识。
