摘要

本研究主要探讨变革型领导在心理需求满足、职业倦怠、竞争焦虑、生活满意度和正负情感的中介作用下对运动员成绩的影响。样本包括391名年龄在16岁到20岁之间的足球运动员。本研究采用多因素领导力问卷、需求满意度量表、运动员倦怠量表、生活满意度量表、积极与消极情绪量表、运动竞赛焦虑量表等六个量表。采用Vallerand法测量性能,采用结构方程模型对数据进行分析。并对模型数据拟合进行了验证。研究发现,教练员的变革型领导行为会直接或间接地影响运动员的表现。从另一个角度来看,增加运动员的心理健康或幸福感对运动成绩有重要影响。
