This research seeks to analyze how Russia’s Federal State Educational Standards governing secondary general education facilitate the creation of information-based teaching methods and the supply of equipment. Special attention is paid to the interregional differences in information-educational infrastructure as well as the differences between how urban and rural schools are equipped with this infrastructure.
