Currently a day’s there’s an imperative for the invention, development and improvement of novel antidiabetic drug molecules. A chain of compound (5-imidazol-2-yl-4-phenylpyrimidin-2-yl) [2-(2- pyridyl amino) ethyl] amine were developed and synthesized by using suitable chemical synthetic techniques. These recently synthesized derivatives were characterized with the help of modern analytical techniques. This compound was evaluated for glycogen synthase kinase-3 enzyme inhibitor activities for managing of polygenic disease.
