摘要:将工业世界的潜力与学校概况同步,提高印度尼西亚职业学校毕业生的素质和能力。本研究旨在绘制:(1)有机会与职业领域合作的企业和行业的潜力;(2) 职业领域学校(SMK)在提高教育质量方面的业务概况;以及(3)使工业世界的潜力与SMK的商业概况同步。这项研究采用了定性方法。研究地点集中在东爪哇地区,样本分为三个地区,即北部地区、南部地区和东部地区。研究表明:(1)工业界有机会与职业学校建立合作,即手工业、食品加工、创意艺术、工程技术、加工海鲜和材料;(2) 东爪哇职业学校的优先项目包括:提高专业技能、学校企业项目、需求市场驱动项目、实践经验项目、基于生产的教育项目、在职教师培训项目、在职项目学生培训、经典室内外项目、企业家培训项目,以及中心测试招聘计划;以及(3)将有机会与职业学校建立合作的工业世界的潜力地图与职业学校的概况同步是非常必要的,因为这可以提高职业毕业生的质量和能力。
