SYNCHRONIZATION OF ESTRUS AND OVULATION IN DAIRY CATTLE
Development of bovine estrus synchronization protocols started in the 1970’s. The aim of these protocols has changed progressively from synchronizing estrus to synchronizing ovulation with main goal of performing insemination without heat detection (Timed artificial insemination).
