Ultimately, all of the following factors contribute to the successful recruitment of militants via social media. The absence of the application of perspective technologies by terrorists, whether owing to inaccessibility or to an insufficient level of development, does not offer the opportunity to become self-complacent. The inaccessibility of any weapon or a lack of the development of technology for practical application cannot be guaranteed forever.
