摘要

经典的成本-产量-利润(cost - volume - profit, CVP)模型不能满足新成本结构下准确决策的需要,而时间驱动的作业成本法可以通过对时间相关资源消耗的准确识别,准确及时地应对管理费用的上升。本文在放宽CVP模型约束的基础上,基于时间驱动的作业成本法,对成本行为进行重新分类和划分,构建扩展的CVP分析模型,并利用湖南工盛丰盛装备制造有限公司的经营数据进行实证分析。结果表明,该扩展模型是可靠和有效的。
