The results showed that shape fixity at room temperature (RT) of poly(BA-a/PU) was enhanced in the range of 80–97% with the addition of PU contents. Shape recovery values to first temporary shape at T<sub>g</sub>+20 °C of the specimen were 79–93%, whereas, those to second temporary shape at RT were 82–95%. Furthermore, 2WSMP based on poly(BA-a/PU) was reversely recovered between both temporary shapes more than 7 cycles. 摘要

本研究以苯并恶嗪/氨基甲酸酯合金为原料,制备了一种新型的双向形状记忆聚合物(聚BA-A/PU)。研究了氨基甲酸乙酯含量作为弹簧弹性体对合金动态力学性能和双向形状记忆性能的影响。实验测试和数值模拟也用于研究和预测所开发的2WSMPs的能力。结果表明,随着PU含量的增加,聚(BA-a/PU)在室温下的形状固定性提高了80–97%。试样在Tg+20°C时的第一个临时形状的形状恢复值为79-93%,而在RT时的第二个临时形状恢复值则为82-95%。此外,基于聚(BA-a/PU)的2WSMP在两个临时形状之间反向恢复超过7个循环。实验和数值结果表明,聚(BA-a/PU)在自折叠结构应用中表现出较高的2WSMP性能。
