Material : the pedagogical experiment was conducted in a regular school and lasted 7 months. The study involved children 7-8 years old (n = 60). All schoolchildren were differentiated into 3 groups (in each group - n = 20). Coordination abilities were determined by the test “3x10 shuttle run”. Speed- power qualities were determined by the test “Standing Long Jump”. The strength of the nervous system was diagnosed according to the “Tapping test” method. Results : it was determined that it is necessary to develop the coordination abilities of 7-8 years old schoolchildren. It was determined the interrelation of coordination abilities and speed-power qualities. It was confirmed the effectiveness of a differentiated approach based on the typology of children. The results were realized at physical education lessons at school. Conclusion : it is recommended to develop coordination abilities during 12-15 minutes in physical education classes for schoolchildren. 摘要

目的:探讨7-8岁不同类型神经系统学童协调能力对速度-力量素质发展的影响。材料:教学实验在一所普通学校进行,为期7个月。该研究涉及7-8岁的儿童(n = 60)。所有学龄儿童分为3组(每组20人)。协调能力通过“3x10穿梭跑”测试来确定。通过立定跳远测试确定速度-动力特性。根据“叩诊法”诊断神经系统的强度。结果:确定了7 ~ 8岁小学生协调能力的培养是必要的。确定了协调能力与速度-动力素质的相互关系。这证实了基于儿童类型的差异化方法的有效性。结果是在学校的体育课上实现的。结论:建议在小学生体育课的12 ~ 15分钟进行协调能力的培养。如果考虑到学童神经系统的类型,这种训练将更加有效。
