After carrying out this model, the construction of teaching faculty has been strengthened and the improvement of young teachers has been accelerated. 摘要

在分析临床药理学教研室师资现状的基础上,设计并实现了一种多风格的集体备课模式,包括分层集体备课和微信集体备课的探索;丰富备课内容,将教学技巧、教学策略、课件设计和激发学生兴趣纳入集体备课。实施这一模式后,加强了师资队伍建设,加快了青年教师队伍建设。同时,应明确集体备课的程序,教师的绩效评估应包括实施该模式的评估结果,以规范多种形式的集体备课模式。关键词:多风格;集体备课模式;师资队伍建设;临床药理学
