摘要

本研究旨在部分同时分析服务质量、社会、促销和知识对客户使用亚齐Syariah Mandiri银行朝觐储蓄兴趣的影响。基于分发给受访者的122份问卷,采用概率抽样技术,即简单随机抽样,然后使用多元线性回归模型进行分析,结果表明,服务质量、社会、促销和知识对客户使用亚齐Syariah Mandiri银行朝觐储蓄的兴趣有同时和部分的影响。
