This study eventually synthesises and proposes a new algorithm for a customer to a customer supply chain management system. Parallely, we consider cost reductions in quantity rebate for inbound and outbound transportation of logistics. It utilises an approximation procedure to simplify distance calculation details and builds up an algorithm to solve supply chain management issues using nonlinear optimisation technique. Numerical studies illustrate the solution procedure and influence of model parameters on supply chain management and total costs.
