摘要

研究了3-甲基-磺胺-丙氧基杯[4]芳烃-亚甲基-双膦酸与17种氨基酸在水溶液中形成的超分子配合物,并用高效液相色谱法测定了其稳定性系数。通过分子模拟提出了超分子配合物的结构,并表明了结构因素(所获得的配合物的不同构象的稳定性取决于氨基酸性质:实现氢键的可能性以及氨基酸不同基团与杯芳烃之间的静电相互作用)对超分子稳定性的影响。
