For this reason, the pericanal approach described by Häusler was chosen. The surgery was performed with the use of a surgical robot - the RobOtol (Collin, Bagneux, France) and the approach was slightly modified. The whole procedure was described in detail in the manuscript. Postoperative CT of the temporal bones confirmed the proper intracochlear position of the electrode array. 摘要

目的:本研究的目的是介绍经改良肛周入路的机器人辅助人工耳蜗植入术。病例介绍:患者,63岁男性,在我们中心通过了耳蜗植入的典型程序。但术前颞骨CT显示右耳乙状窦非常靠前,硬脑膜中窝非常靠低,适合人工耳蜗植入。因此,我们选择了Husler所描述的肛周入路。手术使用手术机器人RobOtol (Collin, Bagneux, France)进行,手术入路稍作修改。手稿中详细描述了整个过程。术后颞骨CT证实了电极阵列在耳蜗内的正确位置。手术和治疗都很顺利。结论:RobOtol手术机器人可以在解剖条件和耳蜗入路不寻常的患者中正确、安全地植入人工耳蜗电极。
