摘要

在工业条件下,制备了球墨铸铁,制作了两个模具,其中成型了600mm厚的板材。一个模具的填充系统垂直放置,另一个模具的填充系统水平放置。为了获得冷却曲线,在模具中放置了“S”型热电偶。在铸件冷却后,用钻孔法切割热电偶固定点上的样品。在“垂直”铸造样品中观察到收缩孔隙,而在“水平”铸造样品中没有检测到孔隙。发现铸件中心记录的温度有显著差异,表明“垂直”铸造存在缺陷。
