The stressors workload, hassles and poor organisational climate did have a negative relationship with wellbeing, as expected. The stressor personal responsibility had a positive relationship with well-being. Country was moderating the relationship between managerial role and well-being and personal responsibility and well-being. Coping was mediating the relationships of poor relationships and well-being, and home/work balance and well-being.
