摘要

目前,在欧盟,减少二氧化碳排放和逐步淘汰煤炭开采和燃烧的趋势更大。把目前的燃煤电厂改造成蒸汽电厂是有可能的。与燃煤电厂相比,蒸汽-燃气电厂的优点是排放量少、效率高;与风能和太阳能电厂相比,蒸汽-燃气电厂的能源生产稳定。本文着重介绍了蒸汽-燃气动力装置的原理、描述和优点。并对现有燃煤电厂改造为蒸汽-燃气电厂的方法进行了比较。最后,就经济方面和欧盟气候变化政策,讨论了捷克共和国这些发电厂的可能扩张。
