摘要研究了添加不同木质素对用脲醛树脂制备的绣球和松木刨花板物理力学性能的影响。通过傅立叶变换红外光谱和Klason木质素对四种类型的木质素进行了表征:甘蔗渣木质素、中国松木质素、卡夫巴西木质素和木质素磺酸铵(LSA)。用四种类型的木质素以1:1(w/w)的UF/木质素比例制备刨花板,并与用不含木质素的UF树脂制备的刨花板(对照样品)进行比较。测量吸水率、厚度膨胀率、断裂模量和弹性模量。与对照样品相比,所使用的木质素类型在物理和机械性能方面没有统计学上的显著差异,刨花板的物理性能也有所下降。以3:1(w/w)的UF/木质素比例使用LSA可以制备出具有类似于对照样品中的机械性能的刨花板。
