Chaimowiczia属于花柱科Iiuniscinae亚科，目前由两个三球虫物种组成：C.tatus和C.uai，均产于巴西。在巴西（巴伊亚州、Serra do Ramalho、Serra Verde洞穴）发现的一个新的Styloniscidae物种被天线鞭毛以三篇文章归入该属；矩形的侧生披碱土表生，顶部不锐尖，伪足类2内足的顶端有锐尖和锐尖或圆形的向外的裂片。新种C.obybytyrasp。nov.，在这里进行了描述，并增加到25种以巴西洞穴闻名的三球虫Styloniscidian物种。
