We performed exploratory and experimental factor analyses using data collected from Chinese rural teachers. We selected the\n Maslach Burnout Inventory General Survey as a criterion measure to examine the association between work fatigue and job burnout. Results of the exploratory factor analysis using data from 306 teachers showed that the Chinese version of the 3D-WFI had 18 items and three subscales, and confirmatory\n factor analysis results using data from 754 teachers showed that it had adequate structural validity.
