摘要

本研究探讨了组织支持感(POS)、组织公民行为(OCB)与离职意向之间的关系;组织公民行为对组织支持感和离职意向的中介作用。作为实证案例研究,研究对象均为伊朗国家钻井公司的专家。最后,利用SMART PLS软件对140份问卷进行结构方程建模分析。结果显示,组织支持感与组织公民行为之间存在显著的正相关关系。组织支持感与离职倾向之间存在显著负相关。组织公民行为在组织支持感知和离职倾向之间具有中介作用。
