The characterization of this essential oil by gas chromatography showed that the major component is E-anethole (34.7907%). The administration of FEO corrected the depressive state, anxiety and locomotor hypoactivity respectively observed in rats exposed to MnCl2, thus, the FEO restored the activity of the various antioxidant enzymes with a clear improvement of the cerebral tissue architecture in intoxicated rats treated with FEO. 摘要

本研究旨在从神经行为学、生物化学和组织学角度评价氯化锰对发育中的Wistar大鼠的影响,同时考察茴香精油(FEO)对氯化锰(MnCl2)的恢复或抑制作用。气相色谱分析表明,该精油主要成分为e -茴香醚(34.7907%)。FEO分别纠正了MnCl2中毒大鼠的抑郁状态、焦虑状态和运动功能低下状态,从而恢复了中毒大鼠各种抗氧化酶的活性,并明显改善了脑组织结构。综上所述,FEO对MnCl2中毒大鼠的神经系统有良好的影响,证明了该油在传统医学中的重要性。
