摘要

将海南凤仙花种子分别保存在常温(25°C, 70-80% RH)、干燥(25°C, 2-5% RH)和低温(4°C, 40-50% RH) 3种不同环境中。在三种储存条件下,种子保持了90天的萌发,尽管相对较低,特别是在冷藏条件下的种子。种子活力冷藏保持45 d,常温贮藏保持60 d,干库保持90 d。建议以3.8%左右的含水率为宜。在常温和冷藏条件下贮藏90 d,可溶性糖含量、SOD和CAT活性均降低,且低于干燥贮藏。相对电导率和TBARS含量在常温和冷库中均有所增加,且在相同贮藏期后均高于干库。干燥贮藏能较好地维持海南海参种子的抗氧化酶系统。
