摘要

本研究旨在利用活性污泥降低豆腐渣中的化学需氧量。进行该实验的方法是使用发酵法,将豆腐渣样品分为三组。然后在豆腐渣样品中加入1:3的活性污泥,分别培养2天、4天和6天。结果表明,培养期为2天的样品对豆腐渣中COD的有效降低率高达52.3%;在4天的孵化期内可降低75.5%的COD水平,在6天的孵化期间可降低79.8%的COD水平。第六天COD水平的下降显著增加,表明活性污泥中的微生物可以最佳繁殖以分解废物并最佳降低COD水平。此外,微生物所需营养物质在第六天的培养时间增加,从而提高了微生物的活性。因此,豆腐渣与活性污泥共孵育6天是有效降低COD水平的,可以克服环境污染问题。
