Decitabine is a kind of demethylation drug that can inhibit DNA methyltransferase. Currently, decitabine is mainly used to treat hematological diseases, such as myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS), acute myeloid leukemia (AML), chronic myelomonocytic leukemia (CMML), etc., due to its unique mechanisms and better clinical effectiveness. In recent years, decitabine is also used for steroid-resistant/refractory primary immune thrombocytopenia (ITP) patients, which can improve platelet count, reduce bleeding risk and improve patients′ prognosis. 摘要
