The effects of different deposition voltage and deposition time on YSZ coating were investigated. Meantime, the microstructure of the coating surface was observed by metallographic microscope. It was found that the high-quality YSZ coating could be obtained by deposition at 60 V for 2–3 min. Finally, the effect of sintering temperature on coating quality was investigated by X-ray diffractometer and scanning electron microscopy. 摘要采用阳极电泳法在镍基合金基体上制备了YSZ涂层。以无水乙醇和乙酰丙酮为分散介质,聚丙烯酸铵为分散剂,在搅拌和超声处理下得到YSZ悬浮液。研究了不同沉积电压和沉积时间对YSZ涂层性能的影响。同时,用金相显微镜观察了涂层表面的微观结构。研究发现,在60 V下沉积2–3分钟可以获得高质量的YSZ涂层。最后,通过X射线衍射仪和扫描电子显微镜研究了烧结温度对涂层质量的影响。结果表明,在1200℃烧结后,YSZ涂层与基体结合紧密,烧结后YSZ涂层的孔隙率增加
