Twin filicide: a tragedy of postpartum depression with suicidal ideation
Filicide‐suicide is the killing of a child older than 12 months, followed by parental complete or incomplete suicide. In most cases, the motive of maternal filicide‐suicide is altruistic. This article reports a case of twin filicide by a depressed mother and also highlights the risk of filicide in depressed multiple birth older mothers.
