Result showed that indigenous rhizobacterial isolates have varied ability to control pathogen and promote growth. 摘要

从前期研究中获得的4株蜡样芽孢杆菌在植物中具有良好的生物防治和植物促生活性。本研究的目的是获得具有抑制拉斯顿菌亚种的最佳蜡样芽孢杆菌。印尼松与田间植物促生活性。研究在印度尼西亚西苏门答腊Solok区的Alahan Panjang进行。它采用完全随机设计,有三个重复。观察到的参数包括疾病发展(症状、严重程度)、生长发育(发芽率、株高、叶数、根长)和生殖阶段(开花时间和产量)。结果表明,本地分离的根瘤菌具有不同的抑菌和促生长能力。所有蜡样芽孢杆菌在引入30周后仍保持中等密度,并具有控制疾病发展和减少症状出现的能力。对辣椒的生长率促进能力最好。
