摘要

研究了壳聚糖抗坏血酸作为底物对全唾液的水解活性。为此,测定了加入壳聚糖抗坏血酸前、加入壳聚糖抗坏血酸后和与壳聚糖抗坏血酸孵育20小时后唾液中n -乙酰- d -氨基葡萄糖的浓度。体外实验采用无菌壳聚糖制备抗坏血酸粉末。以磷虾甲壳素为原料制备壳聚糖。抗坏血酸与壳聚糖的比例为1:1。未受刺激的全唾液在壳聚糖抗坏血酸作为底物存在下表现出水解活性。
