摘要

本文以嗜热原生动物T.thermophila为细胞模型,研究了一些双苯并咪唑分子对氧化(H2 O2)和亚硝化(SNP)应激的保护作用。本文的结果表明,分子2,2'-苯二酰基-1,4-双-(5-氨基-1H-苯并咪唑)和2,2'-辛二酰基-1,8-双-(喹啉-8-ol-5-偶氮-1H-苯并咪唑)对应激的保护作用比分子2,2'-苯二酰-1,4-双(1H-苯并咪唑。
