摘要

目的观察通心络超细粉对兔急性心肌梗死模型心功能、梗死面积及心肌毛细血管数量的影响。方法将32只新西兰大白兔随机分为4组:假手术组、模型组、治疗组和预处理组,预处理组比预处理组提前6周进行实验,4组采用统一的造模技术。采用70%氯化铁外敷冠状动脉建立急性心肌梗死模型。7 d后,采集心电图、心功能超声、显微计算机断层扫描、病理等资料。结果治疗组和治疗前组患者射血分数、左室短轴缩短率、左室收缩末期内径和心输出量均显著提高,毛细血管数量显著增加,梗死面积显著减小。此外,结果表明,随着疗程的增加,心室压值和心电图情况也有不同程度的变化。结论通心络超细粉在心肌梗死急性期具有保护心肌、改善心肌血供、减轻心肌损伤程度的作用。

Observation of changes in the number of myocardial capillaries in rabbits after treatment of acute myocardial infarction by Tongxinluo superfine powder

OBJECTIVE

To investigate the effects of Tongxinluo superfine powder on cardiac function, infarct size and the number of myocardial capillaries in a rabbit model of acute myocardial infarction.

METHODS

CONCLUSION
