Although previous work enabled us to master these mechanisms, their complexity is accentuated by sustainable development requirements and sanitary measures. Sustainability concept deals with fields to respond to social, economic and environmental challenges but its operationality in building encounters many difficulties due to informal mechanisms complexity. Dealing with this environment recommend taking advantage of Building Information Modeling, especially the assets of artificial intelligence (AI) to get appropriate, rapid, and diversified assistance.
