This study aims to analyze the influential factors in applying the Green Concept to Value Engineering-Based Cost Performance and Life Cycle Cost Analysis by taking objects in the Main Building of the Flour Mill Plant using the Structural Equation Modelling – Part Least Square (SEM-PLS) method.
