摘要

随着全国农业水价综合改革的不断推进,全国各用水管理单位加强了对灌溉泵站等灌溉设施的管理和保护,提高了灌溉泵站的运行效率,节约了农业灌溉成本;提水灌溉泵站的管理和保护,特别是对泵站经济运行效果的评价,仍然存在不平衡。为此,本文采用模糊综合评判方法对小型农村提水灌溉泵站的经济运行状况进行了评价。定量评价了效果,为水管理相关管理部门评价泵站经济运行提供了新的、可靠的思路和方法;通过对G市的实证研究,还发现G市仍处于小型灌溉泵站的经济运行中。存在一些不足,可以采取一些技术经济措施,进一步提高泵站的经济运行和管理效率,进一步降低农业灌溉成本。
