2岁男孩,6个月以来出现颈部右侧(上颈淋巴结)肿胀,尺寸为3 × 4 cm。肿胀最初很小(0.5 x 1cm),逐渐发展到现在的大小。它与疼痛、发烧、咳嗽或体重减轻无关。也没有相关的全身症状未见其他淋巴结病变和器官肿大。
