摘要

《通用数据保护条例》作为《劳动法》第9条意义上的劳动法的法定来源本研究表明,某些欧盟法规,如直接实施到波兰法律体系中的《通用数据管理条例》,应被视为劳动法的来源。因此,在此基础上缔结的集体协议必须被视为劳动法的“特殊”来源。因此,根据《通用数据保护条例》缔结的集体协议成为波兰现行劳动法的来源,因此具有规范性。
