The study results indicate that office workers feel that work-life balance and work motivation directly affect their job satisfaction. 摘要

本研究旨在通过测量工作与生活平衡和工作动机的实现程度来衡量印尼工人未来是否继续在家工作(WFH)的决定。本研究的数据是通过在印度尼西亚分发在线问卷,从2019冠状病毒病大流行期间首次接受WFH的208名上班族受访者中收集的。研究结果表明,上班族认为工作与生活的平衡和工作动机直接影响他们的工作满意度。综上所述,印尼员工选择在未来继续他们的打工度假,因为在打工度假期间,他们的工作满意度有所提高。
