摘要

目标:21世纪以来,人才培养已经从“知识的核心”转向“素养的核心”,这也是对学生核心素养的重视和关注。基础教育政策是我国全面素质教育的重要举措,对基础美术教育的内容和评价标准提出了更高的要求。思想道德教育在中国历来受到高度重视。德育课程是全国中小学生的必修公共课程。德育事业的发展与繁荣与义务教育阶段学生的思想道德问题之间的矛盾令人深思。改革现有的德育工作势在必行。在基础教育中充分发挥美术教育的德育功能,是中小学学生普遍接受的有效途径。本文研究美术教育在基础教育中的德育功能,其意义在于渗透美术教育的德育,陶冶情操,提高学生的审美能力,培养学生的艺术素质和创新思维,培养人的全面发展。
