Hence, it is necessary to propose the scenarios that may occur in the near future in order to define actions capable of building lasting peace and sustainable development. In this sense, the main objective of this paper is to do a prospective exercise referring to the probable scenarios for the Department of Sucre, Colombia, in its path of overcoming war, scope of peace and territorial development.
