These methods include biochemical analysis, surface plasmon resonance (SPR), dissipative quartz crystal microbalance (QCM-D), ellipsometry (ELM), optical interference reflection (RIFS), attenuated total reflection Fourier transformed infrared spectroscopy (ATR-FTIR), circular dichroism (CD), atomic force microscopy (AFM) and computer molecular simulation techniques. In this paper, the basic principles, the advantages and disadvantages of the above characterization methods and related researches were reviewed. 摘要

从蛋白质吸附量、吸附层厚度、蛋白质吸附后分子构象变化、蛋白质吸附前分子形态、蛋白质分子吸附过程模拟等方面综述了近年来蛋白质在生物材料上吸附的表征方法。这些方法包括生物化学分析、表面等离子体共振(SPR)、耗散石英晶体微天平(QCM-D)、椭圆偏振法(ELM)、光学干涉反射法(RIFS)、衰减全反射傅里叶变换红外光谱法(ATR-FTIR)、圆二色性(CD)、原子力显微镜(AFM)和计算机分子模拟技术。本文对上述表征方法的基本原理、优缺点及相关研究进行了综述。本文为蛋白质吸附、生物材料设计等研究中蛋白质实验表征方法的选择提供了全面可靠的依据,为蛋白质领域的研究提供了新思路。关键词:蛋白质;吸附;生物材料;特性
