Material and Methods: In this study; Kahramanmaras Sütcü Imam University Faculty of Agriculture Department of Field Crops Research and Application land was carried out in 2017-2018 winter growing season. The study was conducted with three replications according to randomized block design. The seven different nitrogen doses (0, 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12 kg/da) and Nigella sativa species were used. This study, some features related to plant, yield and quality were investigated during field trial and post harvest. Results: As a result of the measurements taken at different nitrogen doses; plant height 33.76-76.83 cm, height of the first branch 13.10-20.60 cm, height of the first capsule 19.76-29.40 cm, the number of branches 5.43-12.43 piece/plant, number of capsules 9.70-25.76 piece/plant, the number of seeds in the capsule 110.70-126.73 piece/capsule, thousand grain weight 2.40-2.47 g, seed yield 103.97-165.00 kg/da, fixed oil yield was 24.73-38.53%, fixed oil rate was 21.8322.83%, essential oil ratio was 0.60-0.84%, protein content was found to be 16.26-18.69%. Conclusion: According to the results of the research, the effect of nitrogen doses on plant height, number of branches, seed yield, fixed oil yield and essential oil ratio were found to be significant.
